We got the Magic Dragon and he is adorable! Packaged really well and looks just like the pictures, we adore him! Fabulous winged little beastie!

This was absolutely amazing. My penguin came in perfect condition and the custom scarf that i asked for was so cute. Pam and Joyce were very quick to respond to messages and constantly updated me through the whole process.

I absolutely adore this little teddy, he’s just so charming and cuddly I was almost tempted to keep him for myself! 🤭 Luckily, I resisted the urge and gave him to my girlfriend who loved him immediately. Would absolutely recommend 🥰

I requested for a customised version of the Ambrose penguin - based on a popular children’s book. And boy, did Joyce and Pam deliver !! Their communication with me throughout the process was exceptional . They suggested different material for the penguin and their recommendations were spot on. They took feedback onboard and customised the item just the way I wanted it to be for my little boy . The completed item was received by my son with great happiness as it looked just like the penguin from his story book ! His eyes went wide and there was a huge smile on his face as he recognised it :-) I cannot thank Joyce and Pam enough for bringing my idea to life and for their craft and skills. The finished product is of a very high standard and I think the price they charged for it was very reasonable. Highly recommended !!
